Taking money from some and spending it in the name of others, the elite state has reached its limits. We, the citizens, have to transform it into a society where everyone assumes his share of the responsability of his individual and collective choices. Automatically, the services will balance with our financial capacity.

ask that all public services finance by their customers while all types of taxes are gradually abolished. The state's financial role is to set up and periodically adjust the service to the client's satisfaction.Furthermore, I ask that a sole National Revenu Insurance replaces all types of subsidies to persons. Financed by premiums from all able citizens, the service offers benefits adjusted to the needs. In return, all available beneficiaries participate in mutual aid groups or in social service.
